SoftPlex is led across two hubs. Halifax (CEO Rahul): client communication, scoping, partnerships, and delivery coordination. Warsaw, Poland (CTO Oleksandr): architecture standards, technology decisions, engineering quality, and technical hiring. Both leaders maintain direct client involvement from discovery through delivery.
Our engineering team includes experienced developers across mobile, web, backend, AI, cloud, UI/UX, and QA. We work with specialists from Canada, Japan, Europe, India, and other regions to build high-quality products while maintaining fast delivery. The team supports mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI automation, web applications, internal products, and startup MVPs.
